Furniture and Home Improvement items go to Habitat for Humanity ReStore
Old sheets and towels go to the SPCA or Saving Grace animal shelters
Food goes to food banks
Office/school supplies go to Step Up Ministries or local teachers
Toys go to Toys for Tots
Clothes and furniture go to Cause for Paws
All items made of metal, have a plug or takes batteries go to metal recycling
“Single-Stream” (paper, plastic, cardboard, glass), TVs, Hard Plastics(kids strollers, car seats, totes, plastic shelving units) goes to Multi-Material Recycling Facility
Yard Debris (tree limbs/branches) go to City of Raleigh Yard Waste Center
Construction and Demolition Debris goes to Commercial & Demolition (C&D) Landfill
…the rest (broken furniture, couches, mattresses, food trash, etc) goes to the county Landfill
